Ideal Concrete Block Company, Inc. has made New England our home since 1923. And during that time, the Ideal tradition for quality has been passed along through three generations of the Burgoyne family who own and operate the company. In the mid-70's, Ideal became one of the first companies in the United States to manufacture concrete pavers. We manufacture one of the largest assortments of interlocking concrete paving stones, landscape retaining walls and yardscape products in the Northeast and market these products under our registered trademark: Pavers by Ideal®.

We are located in Waltham and Westford, MA. where our modern manufacturing facility houses four automated plants employing special equipment designed specifically to produce high density concrete products. We work hard to make our products the very best in the industry. We offer a wide range of colors, styles, sizes and shapes that give you real choice, Sure we manufacture our products to strict industry specifications - most producers do. But then we benchmark ours by our exacting internal standards…more than 80 years worth… to ensure consistent strength, color and size in every product we sell!

We are a charter member of The Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute, an association that represents the interlocking concrete pavement industry throughout North America. ICPI, as it is commonly known as, consists of manufacturers, industry suppliers, contractors, design professionals and industry consultants. Ideal is also a member-director of Uni-Group USA, another leading concrete paver association comprised of more than 30 of the nations premier manufacturers. Our active participation and leadership in these organizations allows our staff of dedicated professionals to be among the most knowledgeable in the industry. In fact, members of our staff are ICPI certified instructors. For years, design professionals have come to rely on our technical expertise and we have worked with hundreds and hundreds of contractors throughout New England providing product knowledge & training.

WARRANTY
Ideal Concrete Block Co. Inc. provides a lifetime warranty on the structural integrity of our concrete pavers and retaining wall units when used in residential applications. Product which proves to be defective by failing to meet the requirements of ASTM C 936 will be replaced without cost. Color, texture and finish cannot be guaranteed to match the original product and the cost of labor is not included. No claims will be accepted without authorization from an Ideal representative. Proof of purchase is required. Scratches, minor indentations customary to manufacturing, efflorescence or damage resulting from misuse, abuse or abnormal use, chemical action, improper installation or faulty design are expressly excluded from this Warranty.
